Titan Property Investors started in 2017 out of a spare bedroom in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Jeff was buying houses on weekends while still working a regular job. Word got around, the phone kept ringing, and the company grew up around it.
We're based in Heber Springs and that's our only office. Jeff grew up in South Fulton, Tennessee and lived in Nashville for a couple years, so the Tennessee side of the business isn't somewhere we just stuck a pin on a map. We buy in Tennessee with help from folks we've known for years. Local agents, contractors and title companies we trust to walk a property and tell us straight what's going on.
We own and manage rentals ourselves, so when a landlord calls us tired and ready to be done, we know exactly what they're talking about. We've sat in that chair.

We actually buy with our own money
No assignments to other investors, no wholesaling games. We close in our name and we keep the property.

Why a separate site for landlords?
Our main company, Titan Property Investors, helps homeowners sell their primary residence. Landlords have a different set of problems though. Tenant turnovers, late rent, lease takeovers, deferred maintenance, the 1031 clock ticking. So we built RentalPropertyBuyer.com just for them.
