These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RentalPropertyBuyer.com (the "Site"), operated by Titan Property Investors, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting any information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a real estate broker or agent

Titan Property Investors, LLC is a private real estate investor that purchases properties for its own portfolio. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent buyers or sellers as agents. Nothing on this Site is an offer of brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No guarantee of offer or price

Any offer estimates, ranges, or examples shown on the Site or communicated to you are informational only and non-binding. Final offers are subject to property inspection, title review, lease and rent-roll review, and a written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

3. Information you provide

You agree that information you submit is truthful and that you have the right to share it (including any tenant information). You are responsible for complying with any landlord-tenant laws and lease obligations relating to disclosures or showings.

4. Communications consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS/text messages from us regarding your inquiry, including via automated means. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Property Investors, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any communication with us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cleburne County, Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
